500 Internal Server Error - Fresh WordPress Install

I am unable to get to "mysite.com/arrowchat/install" due to 500 Internal server error.

This is a fresh wordpress install. Please help.

The first thing I'd do is make sure both the arrowchat and install folder have 755 permissions and all the files inside.
