Missing chatbar while using chrome.

Hi there,

I submitted a support ticket 2 days ago regarding this matter.. although have still not heard anything back from support.


In simple the chat bar does not appear if a user is using Google Chrome, either reports that the user is not logged in or simply does not appear.


Can anyone provide further information, perhaps a fix ?


Truly truly disappointing, especially after the price for the product. Not just the fact that the bar has vanished, also the support provided by ArrowChat.

Tempted to demand a refund.
