Redeeming Unused Installation?

I have paid for the business version which comes with the installation. How to use this? I've been waiting on email to organise an installation and nothing has come through as of yet.

I've downloaded the file, uploaded it to my server, but cannot find the file when opening the correct path. So if possible, can I cash in my unused installation to get this installed on our website? :)

1. Visit http://www.arrowchat.com/members/
2. Click on your license where you want it installed or click 'Add a License' if you have not yet added one and then click on it after
3. Click on the 'Installation Services' tab and fill out the form
