IPB - No users online / Debug buddy list error

So basically, I cannot see any users online.

When I check my debug page I get the following.

How do I fix it?

Check your table prefix in the includes/config.php file and make sure that it is correct for the IPB installation.

The table prefix is blank. As none was set in the IPB installation.

Did you use the same database and username/password that your IPB installation has? Also, do you have a 'profile_portal' table in your database?

I am also facing same problem. i dont have have a 'profile_portal' table in my database. how do i get this table? and how to proceed?? anybody help me...

Is this the latest version of IPB? They may have changed something. Open up a support ticket with your site URL, FTP access, and a test login account.
