Php Fox 3.7 and arrow chat 1.71

Ok my problem is that my user uploaded videos are not playing unless this line of code is taking out of my template <script type="text/javascript" src="/arrowchat/external.php?type=js" charset="utf-8"></script>
Which obviously is not good cause if that line of code is not there in the footer then the arrow chat wont show up in the footer. Any ideas or suggestions?
