Enabling File Attachments / Guest-Only Mode

We have an installation of ArrowChat using Guest-only mode.

In the admin panel, we've checked to enable File Attachments.

However, I still don't see any option / feature for a guest user to upload a file attachment in the Guest window.

How can I do this?

It's located in the options menu in the chat window.
