Adding arrowchat to a CRM that sits in a subfolder on my web

I have a Jomsocial integration of arrowchat which works brilliantly, however, I have a CRM system that is on the same hosting (in a subfolder i.e. http://www.mysite.com/crm). I wanted to display the chatbar within this system too (it uses its own database, so I have a joomla database and a crm database).

I added the header and footer text for arrowchat into the header and footer pages of my crm, but nothing happened. Is there another step I need to take? Is it not working because my crm is on a different database?

Is there a way to display it in both?

More than likely the path to ArrowChat is incorrect. You probably need to change it to ../arrowchat/
