Please help. Sudden arrowchat bar issue

Hi everything was working fine now suddenly arrowchat bar is not working

If i remove the arrowchat header and footer code the page is absolutely fine. But when i add the header and footer code, the page fully extends to the right side with full blank space and horizontal scroll bar at bottom At the bottom i can only see 2 small arrowchat applications icons with no arrowchat bar at all. Please help. :(

Problem solved. I had made a mistake in the href link and sorted it now
