I am attempting to install the trial version of Arrowchat onto my buddypress site. The files are sitting on my server, but when I attempt to access mysite.com/arrowchat/install, I get a 500 "Internal Server Error".

Any help?

Do you have PHP 5.4 or lower and IonCube installed on your server?

Hello (this is SkittlrNet - I accidentally purchased the license under a different account)

We did a bit of research - we didn't have IonCube, and decided to go ahead and buy the Kick Starter version which does not require it? Unfortunately, I am still receiving this error when I try to install the regular version. I did clear my cache, use a different browser and I also tried deleting my .htaccess file in case it was that. None of that worked.

Open up a support ticket and we'll figure it out: http://www.arrowchat.com/support/contact/
