Arrowchat and Skadate

Hi Everyone,
I am using the arrowchat web installer and am coming up with the following error during installation which is below

Oops! There is an error:
Your table prefix is incorrect. We tried to retrieve information from the table "ow_profile" and could not do so. You might also receive this error if you're not using the same database that your exisiting integration is on. Please check the prefix and consult the ArrowChat documentation if you continue to have problems.

The prefix is correct but i am still getting the following error.

How do i get passed this or do i just leave the database prefix blank so installation can continue?

Ok, i have managed to fix the above issue and now the chat/bar is not showing. After running the debug script i have the following errors coming up

User ID The User ID is not set. ArrowChat is acting as if no one is logged in which may or may not show the bar depending on your settings. More Information →

Buddy List The buddy list has an error in the MySQL. Here is the error that MySQL is returning:
MySQL Error Number : 1146
MySQL Error Message : Table 'lsfcouk_lsf.ow_profile_friend_list' doesn't exist

How do i fix this?
