Guest cannot see admin and vice versa

Hi,

I am having issues as my guest (e.g. me not logged in in Firefox) sees an empty member list despite Admin being connected. Same from my chrome, logged in admin site - I cannot see anyone (says no one is available to chat).
I am running Buddypress and Paid Memberships Pro and I have all the setting right allowing guest to chat to admin.

The admins have to be set in the AreowChat admin panel.

Thanks, done that (now) but I still cannot see the chat pop up when not logged in (firefox in my example above)!
