Group Permissions Function

Where is the group Permissions Function in the integration.php and how do I edit it for a Xenforo installation?

After upgrading none of my users can see the chat bar any longer.

See my post in the 1.8.3 discussion thread here. There is a problem with how Arrowchat have added group permissions that goes contrary to how XenForo permissions are supposed to be used.
