The includes/config.php file does not exist. We recommend installing ArrowChat again making sure to CHMOD all necessary files/folders to 777 regardless of what the installer tells you. If you still have problems, please contact support at http://www.arrowchat.com/support/.
I have put arrowchat folder with 777 permissions, admin folder too, includes, install... but the message continue there so I don't know what I have to do?
If I go to "arrowchat/includes/" I see config.new.php file but not config.php. And as I said I gave permissions 777 also to includes folder, so the system should be able to write new files inside includes folder
