Can't get any themes to work

For some reason I cannot get any themes to work. It always is showing the Facebook theme. This is not a cache issue. I use different browsers on different devices on different networks to test this and clear all history as well as cache on my server.

I did about 3 re-installs(including database) on arrowchat and its always the same. Even if I completely remove and delete the Facebook theme. it still shows it. On one re-install I removed the Facebook theme folder before uploading the arrowchat files and it still shows the Facebook theme.

If I enable users to switch themes and have a few others, it will switch for less than 2 seconds and the whole page refreshes and reverts back to the Facebook theme. I have made changes to the facebook theme css files before uploading the arrowchat files on a reinstall and it still shows the normal full Facebook theme. I don't see how this is possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated! thanks

There was a conflict with Kleo. I resolved this by placing the script in a more effective location
