Anyone seen isues with 1.8.2 and Xenforo 1.5.3?

I am fighting a truly bizarre issue. I have a Xenforo installation that I have recently upgraded to 1.5.3. Due to some Bad Things that happened during a database backup and restore, I ended up having to point my upgraded XF1.5.3 installation to a new copy of the database. So, the Arrowchat config.php file was pointing to the old db. When I changed the db information in the arrowchat config.php file, there were tables that were dropped in the XF installation. Big Important tables like the forum nodeID table.

So now I have restored the XF db again and removed the Arrowchat connection (basically just restored the old php.ini file that points to the wrong db). I'm watching now to see if this fixes it...but wanted to post here to see if anyone has seen anything like this?

Anyone seen arrowchat change base Xenforo tables?

I can assure you that ArrowChat was not the cause of the dropped tables. There is nothing in the code that would even remotely do this.
