Hi,
I have a trial account and when I try to install it to the WordPress, it shows below error.
Fatal error: The file /home/xijucomtw/public_html/arrowchat/install/index.php cannot be decoded by this version of the ionCube Loader. If you are the administrator of this site then please install the latest version of the ionCube Loader. in Unknown on line 0
My hosting provider advises that it is already the latest version of ioncube in my server. So, any advice?

It's either not installed or not the latest version. What version does your phpinfo say?
