Error SLICE external.php?type=js:25

Hello,

chrome dev tool is showing endless errors with the following message:
external.php?type=js:25 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'slice' of undefined

It refers to the file external.php of arrowchat s/w.

Can you please have a look at it ?

Everytime the error occurs, it closes the chat window the user is typing in ... really annoying.
