Hi guys,

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help. On my 2.0 installation, my online list is empty. It's been down for over a week now. I've been trying to get support from ArrowChat and the online support ticket system is not working.

I also emailed directly, no response.

The issue I am having:

My chat list and chat bar are empty since I installed 2.0. I am sure it is a no-brainer, but I am not able to track it down. I did not change anything, I just did the new install.

You can email support@arrowchat.com and include "arrowchat" anywhere in the subject line to have it open a ticket.

I wasn't able to find any issues with the ticket system, so please let us know exactly what information you were inputting so maybe we can figure out what's going on.

Here are the list of emails I've sent to support@arrowchat.com from michael@overlandbound.com

Dec. 30th 2016 5:02 PM
January 3rd 10:20 PM
January 6th at 5:25 PM (sorry, I was really frustrated at this point)

I don't know why I am getting that first error in the debug screen below:

They won't go through without arrowchat in the subject line.

By the way, I was able to fix the problem causing that database error message.
