Wordpress Error Install

Done the setup process, inserted the codes into the header and footer.php files, however the chatbar does not load?

I get this error in Google Chrome Inspect mode

The ArrowChat var is defined in the includes/js/arrowchat_templates.js file. The only reason that I can think of that error showing up is a problem with the theme files. Is this a new install on an unmodified ArrowChat and theme?
