I have selected Tokbox as videoconference. No problem with hiring, entering the keys or starting the videoconference.
When video conferencing is established, I found several problems:
- The image of the interlocutor appears far to the right and cut.
- No controls appear on the screen.
- There are two small blue buttons in the lower left corner and a small red button in the lower right corner, but no clue what they are for.
- There is no control to change the camera if you have several (front and rear, for example).
- Some indications on the screen (such as duration) appear inverted.
I would appreciate help. The arrowchat support services do not answer the tickets or do so very late, despite I hired priority support.
