Error on trial - Safari and Firefox

Hello,

after installing arrow chat trial I am getting some error on firefox and safari:

TypeError: jqac.arrowchat.chatWith is not a function. (In 'jqac.arrowchat.chatWith(6378)', 'jqac.arrowchat.chatWith' is undefined)

Any ideia how to solve this?

Hard to say. Do you have our full header/footer code placed properly in your template?
