hello, i am installing the arrowchat, everything goes smoothly, connecting to database, adding details for custom integration on step 4 (configuration), i click next, but the page reloads on "index.php?mode=config", it has the title, but the rest is blank. No errors, nothing

Tough to say...what PHP version are you running? Maybe something going on there.

So i was able to continue the setup by emptying the table prefix field. Any time i was trying to continue with the prefix set, i was getting a blank page on next step

You need to open a support ticket. We have to turn on PHP errors in the install file and see what’s coming up.
