How do I enable video calling on mobile? If I connect with a mobile user on a laptop/desktop the video calling has a strike through and says: Video calling is currently unavailable.

I cannot find an option in the settings of arrowchat to turn this on. When accessing on the mobile device no video icon displays at all.

Has anyone else got the mobile video chat working?

Kind regards

Does nobody have an answer for this? It says on the marketing for arrowchat that video calling is available on mobile, yet its disabled. How do we enable it please?

If support are not prepared to answer this unless we take out a subscription then please say so. Happy to take out a support subscription if this can be fixed/enabled

Only agora.io and Vonage support mobile video chat. The icon will not show up otherwise.

A way around this would be to have an option where we can post the invite link contained within the settings of Jitsi (basically the external url link to join the meeting). This would allow the mobile users to still receive an invitation and participate via the url or the Jitsi app.

Maybe the video icon for mobile can detect if it is jitsi and copy the url for the call meeting to add to the text message?

Currently, you would have to send the video call invite to someone online on a desktop and then login to get the invitation link.

Is there any way to do something like this that makes it look seemless? People won't care that the video isn't open in arrowchat.

Maybe we could setup some pseudo account on our site and the chat sends an invite to that so it at least allows the video call starter to access the meeting to get the code for the mobile users or something?

You need to have the business license for this work. it doesn't work with the premium license.

Correct, agora and Vonage aren't available on Premium.

Ah,

now I see what you mean.

I am on Enterprise which no longer exists in your pricing plans. I used to have mobile video. So has it been taken off Enterprise?

It would be available on enterprise if you are up-to-date on ArrowChat.

Hi Jason,

how do you mean up-to-date? I am on the latest version of arrowchat, are you able to explain?
