vBulletin 3.8.2, bar not showing?

I followed the instructions and everything went smoothly but I can't get the bar to show up. I have this code at the very top of the "headinclude" template:

But the bar does not show up. What am I missing?

It shows in chrome, but does not show on IE.

Was it working on v0.2.15? We didn't change anything with vBulletin, so I'm not sure why i'd be broken all of a sudden.

I purchased this software with Jason, telling me that this integration with VB4 was " SEAMLESS"

But if you can get it working in VB3.8, how are you going to get it to work in VB4.08..

File structures are different...

I am not a php code expert.. I installed directly as stated from install directions and manual..

The 2 lines of code that are given do not work for VB4.08 when you place them in the header and footer..

Cometchat works perfectly with 1 line of code..

I have linux dedicated server.. I installed files into: public_html/forum/arrowchat..

I have cpanel.. I created, a channel, and placed that in my forums root directory..

I did not link the channel.yourdomain to something and left as is.. redirect is possible ..

Should that be done or left alone?

I have magento installed on my root folder and with comet chat i can place that line of code and it will work perfectly on both sections of my site root and /forum...

However the code given does not show any bar at all on VB4, on magento or nowhere..

I have the root folder in settings set to: /root/arrowtalk/

and I followed directions to a TEE. I debug the file and everything seems to say it is good to go and in green..

I can change the settings and do everything but Ic an not see the BAR..

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME...

You pay $45usd and are told it works for VB4 and then when it doesn;t it is very frustrating..

And I know I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE from the looks of this forum..

So what is going on here?

Why did you tell me it was seamless integration when you ahve been getting errors and complaints all along?

From my tests, vBulletin seems to be working with the new v1.0.1. This was actually a problem with all integrations and not just vb. Let me know if you guys are still having problems after the upgrade.

I upgraded(replaced all files except the config) the best I could because there is not even a thread or guide telling us how to do it properly.
Still the bar is not showing on IE, still I cannot send or receive any messages.
How do I get support, I am tired of this already.
