Installing arrowchat to buddypress through a windows compute

I purchased this software assuming that I could install it through a windows computer like any other plugin that is offered for wordpress. I need specific instructions on how to install arrowchat for my buddypress community ASAP. I'm using this community as a company intranet and need this to work right away. Please let me know if this can be done.
