Messages Not Sending [Vbulletin]

Some Of My Members Are Are Complaining That The Chat Is Not Sending / Receiving Messages Properly...
A Received Message May Require A Refresh Of The Page Before It Can Be Seen...
After Receiving A Message, Its Not Allowing A Reply To Be Sent...The User Types The Message And It Doesn't Come Up On The Chat History, Neither Does It Send...Its Very Odd...

I Don't Know If Anyone Has Come Across This Problem, I Hope You Can Help Solve It...
