Is the window showing up on the left side of the screen or not at all?

We have a similar problem where on Firefox, the popup chat windows appears off at the left side of the screen sometimes.

Do you know if there is a bug fix for this please? We have 1.06

I'm having some troubles with the latest version of Firefox too for some of my users ...

The best example is a user using Firefox 8 on MacOS who where using the chat everydays without any troubles for 1 mounth but since the 14 november: no chat bar is shown and no ways to use it (chat button on user profile has no effect).

In Apache Log, I simply has those 3 files launched for this user (no call to theme and core files like other users do):
GET /arrowchat/external.php?type=css HTTP/1.1
GET /arrowchat/external.php?type=djs HTTP/1.1
GET /arrowchat/external.php?type=js HTTP/1.1

I have many other users having no issues with the chat, even using Firefox 8 ... have you any ideas ?

Thanks for your help :)
