Now I know I followed the installation to a tee.

Upon installing and setting up Arrowchat 1.5 through the admin panel, I quickly realize that Arrowchat doesn't show up on my vBulletin Forum.

Example:
Code: Select all
http://0m3ga.net/forum

Now I know i'd added the correct integration code properly, and there are no contradicting modifications that i'd done.

So I used Chromes Developer tools to figure it out. It turns out the external.php?type=js call responds with a 500 Internal Server error.

Confused, so I try
Code: Select all
http://0m3ga.net/forum/arrowchat/external.php?type=js

Works.

So my question is, why won't the Arrowchat bar work in this setup.

Do you have includes/integration.php and cache/data_admin_options.php files?

Yes, indeed. Both of those files exist on the server.

FTP access, site URL and a test account would be awesome if you could do that. We'll figure out what's causing this and update the package if needed.
