I have Arrowchat integrated with vb 3.8.7. In the settings I have it set so admins should be able to see all logged in/online users. However, not all users are showing on the chat list. Right now I have 21 members and 225 guests, but only 7 out of the 21 appear on the chat list.
Any idea as to why not all of the 21 members wouldn't be showing on the list?

The vBulletin timeout differs from the ArrowChat timeout. ArrowChat is more representative of how many users are actually online while vBulletin (or other integrations) may show users for the past 30 minutes.
