Guest should be able to chat with Administrators

I propose a new feature : Guest should be able to chat with Administrators, [while they can not initiate chat with registered members (this last option already exists and it is good)].

Usually on commercial websites the chat is also used to offer support and informations to the new potential customers.

IUnless we offer free acces to guest to chat with anyone, in V 4.3 Guests can not contact the Administrator groups exclusively, as it should be in my opinion.

I suggest for the new update release to include this feature:

Guest should be able to chat (initiate and reply) with Administrators group.
