my suggestion :

lets make it very easy on the site (the user site) .
in facebock for example the chat and message is the same system .
i want to get this on my site .
if arrowchat pring to us alink with small image with the red alert and dropdown menu
and this will take the user to the chat .
and the " see all " link take the user to the big chat to see all conversations .
and the user can put this link were he want on his site .

can do this ?
