Username suggestion

Hey guys,

Discovered Arrowchat tonight, looked brilliant and exactly what i wanted. However my website doesnt have users and i'd like to use it as a live support system. But not being able to change usernames means i cannot use it the way i want to.

Is there any plans to make a version that doesn't rely on a database and could have a simple option to make a username when using the chat system?
