URLs without http:// to autolink in chat

Posted here as apparently it's a feature request, not a bug.

I've noticed that web links in chatrooms and private chats don't autolink unless they are prefixed with http://. So for example, http://www.bbc.co.uk creates a clickable URL but www.bbc.co.uk does not. As many people typically type URLs by just starting with www. it would be good if Arrowchat recognised these as URLs and made them clickable.

Also, almost all links that are linked inside the chat (when embedded) opens inside the chat and should be opened in a new window
