Invite to login at the main site to chat as a member

It is possible to make sure that when a user enters the site (without being logged in) he can see the chat bar with the number of people logged in (not guests) and that when he clicks on the chat bar to interact, without being logged in, he will be redirected to the login page of the main site ? (so the users is invited to log in for intecact with other users).
