improving and optimize the popout chat ...

the popout chat is an important Section that give the users to chat in easly way .
i want to suggest those thinks :

1 -
open the popout chat in the same page and not in another window .
why ? because i want to integrate it inside my social pages , wen user click will open it
Through the site not Outside it .

2 -
turn off the way of opening and close the the popout :
the important quastion now is :
for what is the bottun " pop in chat " ?? for what changing from " popout all chat conversations " and this hide the chat tabs , to " pop in chat " and this shows the chat tabs ????? sorry to say : this is called a Difficulty of use .
please let us open and close the popout chat without needing to click on abottun to show the tabs of the chat .

3-
add a date for the messages .

4-
add smiles and uploud image / file

5-
delete conversations :
a bottun to delete the chat

the 1 & 2 requests if you dont want to do it , please do the 3 & 4 & 5 requests please .
