Need to integration with HTTPS site

currently arrowchat does not support in Https enable site and facebook connect is also not showing friend list with https enable site.

There also need to update push service which will run via HTTPS request.

For clarification, only the Facebook integration and push service currently do not function on HTTPS. Everything else works.

Since these are both already scheduled to be implemented, I am locking the topic.
