Admin CP Action Logging

Hello,

I am a leader of an online gaming community who has just recently started using Arrowchat. I would like there to be the ability to see a log of actions done via the Admin CP, such as viewing user chat logs. This is considered an invasion of privacy amongst my community and to have some security and the ability to see if someone is abusing their powers, would help prevent such abuse.
