Add report spam/abuse functionality to mobile chat

The report spam/abuse is not available in mobile chat. All that's available when selecting a user is Private Nessage, Visit Profile and Block User. I've tested this here on ArrowChat as well as my own site.

This really needs to be implemented so that any user, no matter the device they are using, can report spam/abuse.
