Not working with IceCast ogg stream.

I tried this and it's not streaming with my icecast server broadcasting.
Is this mainly an mp3?

The documentation that I found is that the stream needs to be mp3 format. I did have to add the "/;stream.mp3" to the end of one of my streams to get it to work. If you right click on the player, there are two links that appear "new improved Shoutcast Player", and "wavestreaming.com" in the pop up menu. This is where I found some of the information that I needed.
