Arrow Chat is not appearing when I install Tweet This

When I install "Tweet This" application in my website, Arrow Chat bar stopped working

Make sure to clear your browser cache.

Even after clearing the cache, the application is not working and so I have removed Tweet this application. Now my chat bar is working correctly
