Failed to install vbulletin 5

When I installed my web arrowchat using vbulletin May I get the following message:

"The includes/integration.php file does not exist. We recommend installing ArrowChat again making sure to CHMOD all necessary files/folders to 777 regardless of what the installer tells you. If you still have problems, please contact support at http://www.arrowchat.com/support/.

I have already placed the attribute 777 folders and files in installation and ongoing requirement with the same problem .

Any solution ? seems not well integrated vbulletin 5 .
